Depositing lines

Smooth surface and a creamy texture are the sensations of a deposited hard boiled candy. Today’s depositing technology allows filled, two colored or multi layer products.

Pulling/Aerating

This technology allows almost every desired structure and texture modification of the sugar mass. High and low boiled sugar masses can be aerated either continuously or batch wise.

Extruding

Labor and cost intensive manual work for the production of uniformly filled sweets, striped sweets or chewy candy production has become cost efficient through the extruding technology.

Forming

Modern forming machines with rope speeds of up to 200m/min or 1500kg/h output are available for the production of filled/ unfilled high and low boiled sweets as well as chewing gums. Rotary dies or chain dies are commonly used in the candy production. Depending on the output, various cooling equipment can be combined with the forming machine.
