Candy Depositing
A deposited candy offers a better appearance and clarity plus a smoother mouth feel then a die formed candy. Today’s depositing technology handles up to four colored hard candy, butterscotch and milk boils, including centre filling, inclusions, layered and striped products as well as toffees and chews. Servo electrical drives assure accurate control of weight and shape. The oil heated jacket of the depositing hopper distributes the heat equally and stable compare to previously used electric heaters. PTFE-coated aluminum moulds for hard candies and silicon rubber molds for toffees are available for many different shapes and sizes. Microfilm cooker are standard for high boiled candies and toffees.
